We believe that growth takes place over time and in the context of community. The Holy Trinity Institute provides various cohort-based opportunities each academic year to help individuals lead in business and society, support couples in their marriages, and train vocational ministers in the context of the local church. • Re-Engage: A marriage discipleship curriculum for couples to grow together through the lens of the Gospel.

• The Burnham Fellowship: A 9-month discipleship program integrating theological reflection, spiritual formation, and hands-on projects to impact your life and work.

• The Chicago Plan: A residential training program for emerging pastors, church planters, and ministry workers.
